Most orders can be returned; see below exceptions for details.
You must return the products within 30 days of the delivery date. If we don’t receive your products back within 30 days after your order delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused (e.g., not used, washed, damaged, or altered) and in the same condition you received it. They must also still have all labels attached.
You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to us, unless the reason for your return is a damaged product or the product is materially not as specified on our site (slight color variations caused by computer screen calibrations excluded).
Should you receive a damaged product, or the product is not as specified on our site, you must contact us upon receipt of your order but, in no event, later than two (2) calendar days, and provide us with proof of damage (e.g. pictures of the damaged product in the original shipping packaging).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, in case your order does not show in our systems.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any product exchanges at this time or store credit.
Any products not returned in accordance with this Return Policy will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your products and whether your refund has been approved.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price immediately upon confirmation of the approval.
Exceptions to the Return & Refund Policy
We are unable to accept returns for products that have been used, washed, damaged, missing labels or altered in any way.
Shipping Returned Products:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before making any returns, you must contact us for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must include a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For damaged products, or if the product is not as specified on our site, your return will be free, and we will provide you with the return shipping label.
All orders will ship in one to three (1-3) business days after the order is received. During high season and holidays processing times can take between three to seven (3-7) business days after your order is received. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded.
In order to offer you the lowest prices possible, we cut out the middle man and your orders now ship directly from our manufacturers and design partners; some are based in the United States, while others can be based in various regions across Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America. By shipping directly from the manufacturers, we are able to deliver over 50% in savings to you for each product.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may ship on different days.
Depending on the location of the manufacturer, your order can take between seven to forty-five days (7-45) to arrive.
